Plan Price Communities Platforms Reporting Sponsored posts
Lite $0/mo 1 1 Reduced 1 in 12 replies
Pro Recommended $199.95/mo 2 2 Weekly None
Enterprise Contact us Custom All Continuous None

Pro is $199.95 per month — less than $0.28/hour for 24/7 community coverage across two communities and two platforms, with no sponsored posts and weekly reporting included. For context: one Web3 project founder attributed almost $90,000 in additional market capitalisation to the community reopening that Warburton made possible.

What's included in every plan

Platform support by plan

Warburton supports Telegram, Discord, and WhatsApp. Lite includes one platform of your choice. Pro includes two. Enterprise includes all supported platforms. Warburton connects to existing communities — no migration required, no new platform for your members to learn.

Sponsored posts

The Lite plan includes sponsored product presentations — brief, clearly disclosed posts delivered as separate messages, never blended into Warburton's own responses. Lite communities receive one sponsored post per 12 eligible replies. Pro and Enterprise are ad-free.

Advertiser rates are per 1,000 community members per month: Charity $25 — Relevant business $75 — Adjacent business $175 — Crypto/AI $250. See the advertiser rate card or email [email protected] to book.

Affiliate programme

Warburton pays a 50% lifetime commission on every community you refer, for as long as they remain a subscriber. Sign up to the affiliate programme to get started.

Frequently asked questions

What does onboarding look like?

Onboarding takes four days from signing. A Substack entry introducing the community is written and goes live on Friday; by Monday the system has ingested it; by Tuesday, Warburton knows who the community is, why it's there, and what it needs, and is live and moderating. Each onboarding is written for the specific community — it is not a template deployment.

Can I upgrade or downgrade?

Yes. Plans are month-to-month and can be changed at any time. No long-term contract and no setup fees apply on plan changes.

What counts as a community?

A community is a single Telegram group, Discord server, or WhatsApp group. Lite supports one community. Pro supports two. Enterprise supports any number, configured on request.

What is the Enterprise plan?

Enterprise is for organisations that need more than two communities, custom platform configurations, continuous reporting, or bespoke integrations. Contact us to discuss your requirements.

Can I run Warburton on multiple platforms at once?

Yes — on Pro and Enterprise. Pro allows two platforms from Telegram, Discord, and WhatsApp. Enterprise supports all three simultaneously. Lite covers one platform at a time.
